What is turnover?

Turnover, also called wagering requirement, is the total amount you must bet before withdrawing any bonus winnings. At this site, it is calculated on the deposit plus the bonus amount combined, not just the bonus alone.

For example, a deposit of RM100 with a RM100 bonus creates a RM200 base for the turnover multiplier. This means you need to wager a multiple of that RM200, not merely the RM100 bonus, to satisfy the condition.

Game weighting explained

Different games contribute differently to the turnover requirement. Slots count in full, meaning every ringgit wagered on eligible slot games goes entirely toward meeting the requirement. This makes slots the most efficient choice.

Live dealer table games typically contribute only a small fraction, often around 10% or less. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites, usually contribute nothing at all. Always check the game weighting table in the lobby before playing.

Maximum bet while active

When a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet limit per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit, even accidentally, can void the entire bonus and any associated winnings. The limit is clearly stated in the bonus terms.

This rule prevents players from using high bets to quickly clear turnover requirements. Stick to bets at or below the stated maximum to keep your bonus and progress intact. Violating it forfeits both bonus funds and generated winnings.

Expiry and forfeiture

Every bonus runs on a rolling expiry window that starts the moment the offer credits to your account. If you do not complete the turnover requirement within that period, the bonus portion is forfeited. However, your original deposit is never taken away.

For instance, if a 7-day bonus expires with only half the turnover done, you lose the bonus amount and any winnings from it. Your deposit remains fully withdrawable, subject to standard withdrawal rules. Always track your progress in the account dashboard.

Deposit methods and ringgit

All bonus amounts and turnover calculations are displayed in Malaysian ringgit. You can deposit using e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or Boost, as well as bank transfer or online banking. DuitNow and FPX are also accepted.

The platform processes withdrawals through the same methods where possible. Using an e-wallet often results in faster crediting compared to bank transfers. Always confirm the minimum deposit amount for a bonus offer before funding your account.

Checking bonus terms

Before claiming any bonus, read the full terms in the promotions section of the lobby. These terms specify the turnover multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet, and expiry period. Ignoring them can lead to unexpected forfeiture of winnings.

The site also lists which games are excluded from turnover contribution entirely. Some high-volatility slots or progressive jackpots may be restricted. Taking a few minutes to review the terms saves you from losing bonus funds later.

Multiple bonuses at once

You can usually only have one active bonus at a time on the platform. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is still pending may cancel the first. Always complete or forfeit the current offer before requesting a new one.

Some promotions are stackable, but this is clearly indicated in the offer description. If in doubt, contact customer support in English or Bahasa to clarify. Managing one bonus at a time is simpler and reduces the risk of violating terms.

Responsible bonus play

Treat bonuses as a way to extend your play, not as guaranteed income. The turnover requirement means you will often wager more than the bonus value before you can withdraw. Only deposit what you are comfortable losing.

Set a budget in ringgit for each bonus session and stick to it. Use the site's responsible gaming tools if needed. Understanding the mechanics helps you make informed decisions and avoid frustration when terms apply.
